Michael Antolik

I have been in the waste industry since 1984. With my strong sales background, regulated waste management experience, and extensive network, I was able to start my own company in 2001. Over the past 20 years, I have loved growing my team and building strong client relationships. I truly love what I do. Outside of work I enjoy bicycling and spending time with my wife.

Ross Ohman

Senior Project Manager

I was born and raised in the Minneapolis area and I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Civil (Environmental) Engineering. I also have an MBA from the University of St. Thomas so I am both a GOPHER and a TOMMIE. I married a Wisconsin girl and we have three grown children who are all employed in science fields. When I met Mike and the team at IWS things really clicked as we share the same passion for helping clients by developing and implementing solutions to their (industrial waste, environmental, and safety) needs. I am grateful and excited to be working with such a wonderful team of awesome people!

Jack Arman

Technical Customer Service Representative

I was born and raised in the Twin Cities area. I recently graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in December of 2019, where I earned a B.S. in Environmental Science, as well as a minor in Geography. I am excited to begin my career with the wonderful people and clients here at ICS. Outside of work, I enjoy all things outdoors, including hiking, fishing, and camping. On the weekends, you will probably find me on one of the many Disc Golf Courses around the Twin Cities.

Jerome Niss

OSHA Safety Compliance Consultant and Trainer

I grew up on a small farm in Southern MN. The love of the outdoors was, and still is very important to me. I love to hunt deer with bow, hunt wild turkeys and waterfowl but my passion is fishing, whether it be on open water or on a frozen lake. In 1997, I met the love of life Kimberly. She is the Principal Director of Curriculum for the school district in Fairmont, MN. We both love spending time together, traveling, and spending time outdoors taking in all that God has provided for us. I have over 40 years’ experience in manufacturing and managing EHS departments. Taking care of OSHA and EPA Regulations for companies has made me well rounded in all aspects of taking care of employer’s needs with training and managing of their waste. I truly love the engagement with all people from the janitor to the CEO. I have a unique talent to be able to relate to all employees.

Chris Emerson

OSHA Safety Compliance Consultant and Trainer

I was born and raised in Southeast MN area and I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. I met my wife in Duluth, even though we grew up 15 miles apart but had never met! We have 2 school-aged children who are very active in multiple sports. I met Mike back in 2013 at the annual MN Safety Council Conference. We said we should connect again sometime, and in 2014 I started working for IWS, then fully into the ISG side of the business in 2015. Mike is very focused on helping clients by developing and implementing solutions to their (industrial waste, environmental, and safety) needs.

Terri Thompson

Office Manager

I have been with Mike and the company since 2011. Prior to that, my professional background was primarily in the financial services industry with credit unions. The way I think of my role here at ICS is to “keep things moving forward and move things off of Mike’s desk”. I sincerely enjoy my co-workers and the camaraderie we have with each other and our commitment to serving our customers as best we can with all of our different skills.

When work is over, I love to be outdoors; walking, hiking, camping, exploring and enjoying all the magnificent variety of God’s creation. Traveling is something that brings me much joy as well. When indoors, I love to read and try all sorts of crafts. I very much enjoy photography and making things with wood. My church is a vital part of my life and love being involved there in various ways. Haiti has a special place in my heart and I spent time there each year. Time with family and friends is the best of all! Oh, and dark chocolate!
